La fusión de The Walt Disney Company y Twenty-First Century Fox dio lugar a una empresa llamada temporalmente TWDC Holdco 613 Corp . Este holding es el Nuevo Disney es una empresa distinta de la El viejo Disney , alias TWDC Enterprises 18 Corp . De ahí el nuevo CIK.
